• Run first-article inspections, PPAP, and other customer-required quality documentation.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective action on non-conformances.

• Prepare for and support internal and external audits as Remetheus progresses through ISO 9001, Enhanced JCP, CMMC, and AS9100.

• Minimum 5 years of quality engineering experience in precision manufacturing.
• Fluency in GD&T, metrology, and statistical process control.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems.
• U.S. person status required for access to controlled technical data.

• Aerospace or defense supplier experience.
• ASQ CQE certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with CMMC controls and their application on the shop floor.

• Own process engineering for new programs: workholding, tooling strategy, and manufacturing plans.
• Lead design-for-manufacturability reviews with customers and set feasibility expectations honestly.
• Define and enforce programming and machining standards across the floor.
• Drive technical problem-solving on the hardest builds and mentor the engineering and machinist teams.
• Partner with quality to ensure processes are capable and repeatable before production.

• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing engineering experience in precision machining, ideally aerospace or defense.
• Expert-level CAM programming and CAD fluency.
• Deep understanding of multi-axis machining, fixturing, and tolerance stack-up.
• U.S. person status required for access to controlled technical data.

• Experience with exotic alloys including Inconel, titanium, and precipitation-hardened stainless.
• Five-axis and Swiss-turn expertise.
• Prior leadership or coaching of engineering or machining teams.

• Program and operate 3- and 5-axis CNC machining centers on production and prototype work.
• Own setup, first-article, and in-process inspection for the builds you lead.
• Mentor junior machinists and set the tone for craftsmanship, safety, and cleanliness.
• Maintain and improve process documentation so the work is repeatable when you're not there.
• Partner with engineering and quality to close the loop on process issues.

• Minimum 10 years of CNC machining experience on precision work.
• Mastery of CAM programming in a modern environment.
• Strong command of GD&T and metrology equipment.
• U.S. person status required for access to controlled technical data.

• Aerospace, defense, or space-industry supplier experience.
• Proven track record with exotic alloys and high-value, low-volume work.
• Prior lead or supervisor responsibility.

• Support program managers with schedule tracking, deliverables management, and customer reporting.
• Administer contracts: read, summarize, and track the commitments that matter.
• Own CDRL management and on-time delivery of contract-required documentation.
• Maintain the program documentation that keeps us audit-ready and customer-ready.
• Coordinate across engineering, quality, and production to keep the customer informed and the program on track.

• Minimum 3 years of program administration or contracts support in defense or federal work.
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS and how they shape day-to-day execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfort reading contracts carefully.
• U.S. person status required.

• Prior experience at or with a defense prime or mid-tier integrator.
• Familiarity with EVMS, Deltek, or similar program tools.
• APMP, PMP, or equivalent certification.

Active or recent Secret clearance a plus.
